Wayne's Weather Window

Now, I am generally not one to toot my own horn, but what the hell, fame, if very, very fleeting, is mine at last!

"Now we go to Steveston - this beautiful sunset was sent to us by Don't Bug Me!"

The photo is of Steveston Harbour in British Columbia and it was shown on the Global News Hour this evening.

Oh, and Wayne didn't actually call me Don't Bug Me!,  he used my real name. But, of course, I can't tell you what that is, can I!?!

It is no wonder, photos such as yours....haven't I been saying they are at *least* deserving of a book! A gorgeous photo to say the least very deserving! Congrats!

Oh don't you have a second thought about 'tooting'. Although I think that has a different meaning here, something old ladies do inadvertently when they bend over. Lovely shot and deserved to be seen on telly!

Moon: I was quit chuffed.

Kala: I did rush into my lab and annouce it to all of my students. They did not seem very impressed :o(

Foto: Why, thank you.

JP: Thank you!

Sistertex: Ah yes, the book - one day, perhaps......

Cortes: I am a bit concerned about too much tooting - see Baino's comment above!

Lauren: Exactly!

Baino: Yes, well, tooting does have the same meaning in England as well - not sure about Canadians. Perhaps they are just too polite to talk about such things?
